Refund Policy

PGS Cosmetics has curated and created a collection of cosmetics that are different, unique, and highly sought after. Everything is ordered in limited quantities and are first come first served without the promise of a restock. As a result, ALL sales are final.

 

​We encourage you to utilize the details of each product provided in the 'DESCRIPTION' portion of each listing. As sometimes the color of a particular product may not be suitable to your complexion upon your physical application use.  We have done our due diligence to provide details such as lip close up photography and accuracy in color,  along with anything else pertinent to the item that will help a buyer make an informed purchase.

After you have read the details, and find that your question is not answered and you still need help, please utilize our chat function to ask any questions PRIOR to purchase, and send any questions to info@pgscosmetics.com before making a purchase.

Please note that questions sent via any other medium such as through social media messaging or in response to our text service will not be considered legitimate communication. 

Please allow 7-14 days for an exchange.

We take great care in getting our products to you, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit. To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow our damaged goods protocol:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted exclusively for items that arrive in a damaged or defective state.

  • Documentation: To initiate a claim, the recipient must provide clear photo documentation of the damaged product and its original packaging.

  • Review Process: Each report is reviewed by our retail team on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution (e.g., replacement, repair, or refund).

PROCESS TO SUBMIT CLAIM:

Please email your order number and photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery to our support team. Once received, our team will assess the incident and contact you with the next steps regarding your order.
